9. INTRODUCTION O-1-14 – ADDING DANGEROUS WEAPONS
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.
The Mayor and Town Council have asked the Town Attorney to draft legislation to replace wording removed from the Code that did not comply with State law.
10. INTRODUCTION O-2-14 AMENDING THE HOUSING SECTION – SMOKE DETECTORS
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.
The Mayor and Town Council are amending this section to ensure compliance with recently enacted State legislation.
11. INTRODUCTION CA-3-13 ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY IN WARD 2
Decision Required: Whether to move to adoption.
This Resolution will authorize the annexation of property into the corporate limits of the Town of Cheverly.
12. ADOPTION R-6-13 AUTHORIZING THE ANNEXATION PLAN
Decision Required: Whether to adopt.
This Resolution will authorize the adoption by the legislative body of the municipal corporation an annexation plan for the area proposed to be annexed as required by State law.
